Booking Conditions

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival from 08/07 to 26/08, and up to 5 days before arrival in other periods.

Booking conditions with credit card

The property will charge the total amount of the stay 14 or 5 days before arrival. Cancellation of the reservation after 14 or 5 days from the start date of the stay or interruption of the stay does not entitle to a refund and the customer is required to pay the full amount.
RECHARGEABLE/PREPAID CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Booking conditions by bank transfer

The customer is required to pay 30% of the booking in advance within 7 days of booking. Failure to pay the deposit by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation. The balance must be paid within 14 or 5 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance within the terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation of the reservation after 14 or 5 days before the start of the stay or interruption of the stay does not entitle to a refund.
